📋 How to Submit a Refund Request

  3. Attach a video showing the fault or damage — this is mandatory. Verbal claims alone will not be accepted.
  4. Our team will review your case and get back to you promptly.

⏰ Important Deadlines

  • Refund/exchange claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

❌ What Is Not Covered?

  • Change of mind — If you simply no longer want the product, a refund is not guaranteed. Any costs in such cases will be assessed individually.
  • Items without video proof of the damage or fault.
