Welcome to Accessome! By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Accessome is an online retail store providing quality products delivered straight to your doorstep across Pakistan. We are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and trustworthy shopping experience.

2. 🛍️ Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
  • Orders are confirmed only after verification via WhatsApp or phone call.
  • Accessome reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, the address is unverifiable, or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Please place orders before 10:00 AM for same-day dispatch.

3. 💵 Payment Terms

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
  • Refusing to pay upon delivery without a valid reason may result in your account or number being blocked from future orders.

4. 🚚 Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location.
  • Accessome is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • It is your responsibility to track your order and be available at the time of delivery.

5. 🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Damaged or broken item received
    • Item significantly different from what was described
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with video proof.
  • Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and will be assessed case by case.
  • The final decision on refunds or exchanges rests with the Accessome team.

6. ❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp.

7. 📦 Product Information

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, including images, descriptions, and prices.
  • However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Your personal information is collected and used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

9. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Place fake or prank orders

⚠️ Violation of any of the above may result in permanent blocking from Accessome services and legal action if necessary.

  • Accessome is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee 100% delivery success as courier services are third-party partners.
  • Accessome is not responsible for any business or financial loss resulting from delayed or failed deliveries.

Accessome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
