  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day.

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order will be returned to Accessome.
  • In case of a returned order due to customer fault, re-delivery charges will apply.
  • Accessome is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
    • Wrong address provided by the customer
    • Customer not available or not answering calls
    • Refusal to accept the order

  • If your order is returned due to a courier or our error, we will reship at no extra cost.
  • If returned due to customer fault (wrong address, unavailability), re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Refund requests for returned shipments will be reviewed case by case.

  • All products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • We ensure secure packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • If you receive a visibly damaged package, please record a video before opening and contact us immediately.
