AtΒ Accessome, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. π¦ Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Place your order before 10:00 AM for same-day dispatch.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.

We deliver all across Pakistan, including:

4. π° Shipping Charges

5. π¬ Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.
- It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and be available at the time of delivery.
6. π΅ Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If all attempts fail due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the order will be returned to Accessome.
- In case of a returned order due to customer fault, re-delivery charges will apply.
- Accessome is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Customer not available or not answering calls
- Refusal to accept the order
7. π Returned Shipments
- If your order is returned due to a courier or our error, we will reship at no extra cost.
- If returned due to customer fault (wrong address, unavailability), re-shipping charges will apply.
- Refund requests for returned shipments will be reviewed case by case.
8. π¦ Packaging
- All products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.
- We ensure secure packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- If you receive a visibly damaged package, please record a video before opening and contact us immediately.
9. β οΈ Delays & Disruptions
Accessome is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- ποΈ Public holidays or government restrictions
- π Courier service disruptions
- π Incorrect address provided by the customer
